 Piper Ridge is a residential community
project in Lenoir, and was developed by Dennis Sherrill, Bryce Sherrill and Joe Roberts;
the partners of S&I Development Company and S&I
Homes. All four partners are NC licensed
contractors. Dennis was
employed with SunTrust Bank for 29 years. Bryce,
who is a charter member of the
Lenoir Aviation
Club, retired from the Bank of Granite after 38
years. Joe has been in the construction industry for 30 years with experience in both residential and commercial construction. The partnership previously developed
Barrington Glen, a subdivision of 52 lots within
the city limits of Lenoir.
