 Piper Ridge is a residential community
project in Lenoir, and was developed by Steve
Icenhour, Dennis Sherrill, and Bryce Sherrill;
the partners of S&I Development Company and S&I
Homes. All three partners are NC licensed
contractors. Steve has been in the real estate
and construction industry specializing in
Lenoir
NC real estate for 22 years, and Dennis was
employed with SunTrust Bank for 29 years. Bryce,
who is a charter member of the
Lenoir Aviation
Club, retired from the Bank of Granite after 38
years. The partnership previously developed
Barrington Glen, a subdivision of 52 lots within
the city limits of Lenoir.
